Founder + Nurse Practitioner

My name is Mary Berry. I have been a nurse for 23 years now, including six years as a nurse practitioner. I decided to venture into starting my own business to provide unique quality care that is set apart from today's traditional healthcare. I have experience in geriatrics and home health but also have experience in wound care as well. I enjoy helping the elderly to be able to stay in their home and own surroundings. The practice started out in the back of a red hyundai with the goal of helping Gates County which has now extended into being able to offer complete care by telehealth.

Medical Assistant + Weight Loss Consultant

I am a dedicated Medical Assistant with a strong foundation rooted in military service and healthcare. As a Navy Veteran, Navy wife, and Navy Mom, I bring discipline, resilience, and a compassionate approach to patient care. I have over 12 years of experience in medical assisting and am passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in patients' lives. I am proudly married for 25 years to my husband John, a Navy veteran, and together we have twin sons, John Jr. and Jacob, who are 23 years old and currently serving in the Navy. We also have a lively 12-year-old boy, Grayson, who keeps us busy with baseball. My family life is fulfilling and busy, balancing a rewarding career with a lively household. Inspired by mentors like Mary, whose extensive knowledge and training motivate me to advance my career, I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth. My core strengths include compassionate patient care, excellent communication, a strong work ethic, and adaptability honed through my military background. I am enthusiastic about furthering my career in healthcare, leveraging my experience and mentorship opportunities to provide the best care possible to my patients.

Medical Biller

I’m Julie Poe. Originally from Dorset, England. I’m Scottish, English, and Maltese. My parents, 4 siblings and I immigrated to the US in 1981, along with two of my dad’s sisters and their families. My 2 sisters went back to England a year later but the rest of us stayed and became citizens in 1988. My mom was a nurse in the Royal Air Force and my dad was a firefighter in the Royal Air Force. I lived all over California, Washington State, Virginia, Maryland, and moved part time to Gates just last year, although we spend part time in Gates and part time in our other home in Southern Maryland. My mother brought me into the medical field when I was 18. I worked in medical records, medical billing for clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and radiology. I worked in surgical admissions, assisted in the emergency room admissions, and worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield….all within a 15 year span. I took ten years off from medical to be a Family Navigator for children and families of special needs. I missed medical billing and love working in the medical field.

We moved to the east coast about 3 years ago to be close to our kids and grandkids.
Married for 43 years,
"Semi Retired" , have 2 dogs, 20 chickens
